On the obverse, the coin features the bare-headed bust of Victor Emmanuel III facing right. The inscription VITT·EM·III·RE·E·IMP surrounds the portrait, identifying the monarch as King and Emperor of Italy. The engraving was done by Giuseppe Romagnoli.
The reverse showcases a profiled eagle with outstretched wings, gripping a fasces with an axe in its talons — a strong emblem of Fascist-era power.
