Terms and Conditions
General
By placing an order at VERcity, customers agree to and accept the following Terms and Conditions, which are binding for both parties: the Customer and VERcity.
The primary language of our e-shop is English. In case of any ambiguity, the English version of the text shall prevail. To assist our customers, translations in French, Italian, German, and Spanish are provided for most of the website content.
All official communications with customers will be conducted in English.
Submitting an Order
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Alternatively, customers may submit orders by email at info@vercity.net.
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not confirm acceptance or processing.
The delivery of ordered items will follow the terms outlined in this document.
Prices
- All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
- Prices do not include customs duties, levies, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees as required by their country's regulations.
Payment
We offer multiple secure payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless:
- Bank Transfer: Customers can pay via electronic bank transfer or direct deposit to our bank account. Payment details will be provided after the order is confirmed.
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other internationally recognized cards. Card transactions are securely processed via our payment gateway. VERcity does not store or receive card details.
- PayPal: Customers can complete payments through PayPal for added convenience and security.
- Cash on Delivery (For Cyprus Only): Available for local orders. After confirming your order, it will be sent to an AKIS EXPRESS or ACS pickup point. Payment is made upon collection.
For orders including gold or silver coins, payment must be made via bank transfer on the same day the order is placed or the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
- After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the transaction.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation.
- All international orders are shipped via Registered Mail through Cyprus Post or an equivalent service.
- Delivery times are estimated at up to 10 business days within EU countries.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and added to the total order value.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. In cases of incomplete or incorrect addresses, additional postage fees may apply for resending returned parcels.
Customs and Import Fees:
For deliveries outside the EU, customers may incur additional charges (e.g., customs duties, taxes, or bank transfer fees), which are their responsibility.
Ownership and Transfer of Risk
Ownership of products passes to the customer upon receipt of full payment. All parcels are shipped with tracking, and the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.
Customers can opt to insure their order for an additional fee of 1% of the total order value. In case of loss or damage, insured orders will be refunded in full.
Product Availability
- All items displayed on the website are available at the time of ordering unless marked as "expected" or "not available."
- Orders with unavailable items will be processed for the available items, and a refund will be issued for unavailable ones.
- Items marked as "expected" or "presale" are subject to supplier availability. In cases where items are not delivered by the supplier, VERcity will refund the corresponding amount to the customer.
Returns and Refund Policy
- Items can be returned exclusively within 5 days of receipt.
- If a defective item is delivered, it will be replaced or refunded. Postage costs are non-refundable.
- Delays caused by carriers or international transport issues are not grounds for order cancellation or return.
Privacy and Data Protection
VERcity is committed to respecting your privacy. We adhere to the relevant data protection regulations.
- Personal data is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., payment processing or shipping).
- Customer information is used solely for order processing and customer communication.
